Young Athletes

Young Athletes is a sport and play programme for children aged 2 to 7, with and without intellectual disabilities.

Running, jumping, throwing, catching, balancing: children learn the basic skills that prepare them for sport, while building confidence and learning to play with others.

The programme can be run at school, in the community or at home, and involves parents, teachers and volunteers.
